Numbers you can
open any morning.

If finding out how the business is doing takes an afternoon of exports, it does not happen. We wire your numbers into one live scorecard that is simply always current.

What we build

01

Live scorecards

One dashboard for leads, bookings, show rates, and spend, refreshed automatically. Built on tools your team already opens.

02

Source wiring

CRM, ad accounts, analytics, and booking calendars feeding the same sheet, so every number agrees with its source.

03

KPI definitions

Each metric defined once, with its date window and source named. No more three versions of "how many leads did we get."

04

Weekly scorecard rhythm

A weekly view built for the Monday meeting: what moved, what stalled, and which number owns the problem.

05

Auto-refresh pipelines

The plumbing that keeps it live without anyone exporting anything, ever.

One system

Built to feed
the others.

The dashboard is where the whole system reports for duty. It reads from the CRM, prices the ads, and grades the funnel. It is how "run and scale" stays honest.

Questions

Straight
answers.

What goes on the scorecard?

The short list that runs the business: leads by source, cost per qualified lead, bookings, show rate, and revenue movement. Each number carries its date window and source, so a comparison is always apples to apples.

Do we need to buy a BI tool?

No. We build on what your team already opens, usually a live Google Sheet or a simple web view, wired to refresh itself. The discipline is in the definitions and the plumbing, not the software.

Our numbers never match between tools. Why?

Different tools count different things over different windows: an ad platform counts a lead event, the CRM counts a contact, and both are right by their own definition. A scorecard fixes this by declaring one definition per metric and pulling from one named source.
